Getting Started in Aviation

Getting started in aviation is easier than you think. Give us a call and we can get you in the air right away. Your first lesson is only $49.00! With the guidance of our flight instructors you will be flying on your very first lesson. You can get a pilot license in as little as 20 hours. It is easier and quicker than you may believe to fly on your own. Getting started can be easy on your pocket book with our financing program.

Training Locations

Top Dog Aviation is based at two midwest airports. L.O. Simenstad (KOEO) in Osceola, WI and Chippewa Valley Regional Airport (KEAU) in Eau Claire, WI. Our planes and instructors can meet you in many other areas as well. Some people like to travel to destination while training. Examples that are common are Las Vegas, Florida, Texas, New York. You can travel and gain a rating at the same time! It is practical and fun!


Sport Pilot	The newly created "Sport Pilot" certificate is easy to obtain and we can get you flying Light Sport Planes in as little as 20 hours without a FAA medical certificate! Your dream of flying is easier than you think. Call us today to discuss the details and get flying.


Private Pilot	Private Pilot, This is the most popular license. With this license you can fly most any aircraft day or night. This license requires at least 40 hours and a FAA medical exam. Call us to discuss making your dream of flying come true!
